With more than 36 years of distinguished service to our nation and community, I bring unmatched leadership, discipline, and strategic expertise to the world of Real Estate.

My professional journey began with 21 years of honorable service in the United States Army, where I built a solid foundation as a Human Resources Manager, supporting soldiers and leaders through some of their most critical career and life decisions. Following military retirement, I continued my service for an additional 15 years as a senior civil servant (GS-13) with the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), serving as Chief of the Sensitive Activities Division. In this role, I managed complex personnel operations requiring the highest levels of discretion, accuracy, and leadership.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, and my decades of experience have refined my ability to advocate, negotiate, and deliver results under pressure. These same skills now serve as the backbone of my Real Estate practice.

Buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions a person or family will ever make. My background in HR and leadership allows me to navigate complex transactions with precision, empathy, and unwavering attention to detail. I understand people first—then I build solutions around their goals.

I am a proud Military Relocation Professional (MRP), uniquely qualified to serve active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. Having personally navigated multiple PCS moves, I understand the urgency, complexity, and emotional impact of military relocations—and I am committed to making every transition smooth, informed, and stress-free.

Additionally, I am a Certified Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), a designation earned through advanced training in buyer representation. This certification ensures my clients receive expert guidance, strong advocacy, and strategic negotiation throughout the buying process—whether purchasing a first home, relocating, or building an investment portfolio.

My clients benefit from:

  • Proven leadership and integrity
  • Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Military-focused expertise and relocation support
  • A results-driven, client-first approach

When you work with me, you’re not just hiring a Realtor—you’re partnering with a seasoned professional who understands service, strategy, and success. I am honored to help families achieve homeownership, build wealth, and move confidently into their next chapter.
